You might have noticed some problems with our blogs and forums for a about an hour this afternoon.

According to our Web host: " Due to security vulnerabilities announced by Securityfocus.org and Kernel.org we were forced to update our kernels/apache/php today. That should not have effected your permissions you have set on your blog though."

Apparently it did affect our permissions, as they updated a few simple settings when we notified them the blogs were down, and the site was back up within minutes.
