Under the heading "what took us so long?", news from the Telegraph is now available on your web-enabled cell phone.

If you just clicked on that link from your PC, you can see it is basically just a stripped down version of the regular site, optimized for viewing on very, very small screens.

We have plans to add the events calendar and other mobile-centric features, but for now you can get the latest news, sports, obituaries, letters to the editor and entertainment stories.
