That pretty much describes it. We’re about a week - well, a week and two days - away from the big day, and all I really want to do is sleep. Even though we’re pretty much all set, I’m still running around like a nut doing things like getting my hair cut and such. I will say, if you have the luxury, take the week before you’re wedding off from work. I took all my time off after the wedding, and could have really used more than the two days before the wedding that I did take.
Even if you don’t have a lot to do and you’re all set, it’s like walking around in a dream - it’s not real yet, but it’s getting close.
A friend did mention that Michael’s has some great sales going on, so if you’re thinking of trying to save money with some DIY projects, stop in and check them out.
Also, here’s some food for thought on how to choose your wedding ceremony song. Ed and I are going with “The Way I Am”
