Mariah Carey: Take Me Out of the Ballgame

Mariah Carey was asked to throw out the first pitch at a Japanese baseball game this week. Note to MC: stick to singing high notes, because this was a low one.
Wearing a silky pink mini-jacket, booty shorts and four-inch stilleto heels, Mariah tip-toed airily onto the mound, escorted by two furry mascots.
She giggled. Smiled. "Wound up" (sort of) and…well, see for yourself.
Here’s what I think went wrong.
- Wardrobe malfunction. Mariah’s half-unzipped (or, half-zipped, depending on your outlook on life) jacket looked to be unaccompanied by an undergarment. Perhaps Mariah didn’t feel she had the support she needed to really let it rip.
- Footwear. Uh…Mariah? Baseball calls for spikes, not spiked heels.
- Imbalance. In watching the You Tube clip a few times, it appears MC’s equilibrium seems to be tilted toward the left. Likely culprit: the 15 million-carat diamond ring that her new hubby Nick Cannon gave her. Jealous, Tommy Mottola?
