My Wednesday has officially been made. Joy Electric, my all-time favorite electronic pop outfit, just posted a new song on their MySpace. It’s the title track of their newest CD, "My Grandfather the Cubist," which will be released on May 27th.

I’ve listened to the song three times already (whoops, I just hit "refresh" - that makes it four) and it’s really quite lovely. Excellently crafted nostalgic electronic goodness. Totally expect to see a review of the complete CD on press play once my preordered copy arrives.
