Ahh, too late! Paolo Nutini and Amy Winehouse are performing a series of concerts together in Central Park in September and they are all sold out. NOOO!

If you haven't heard Paolo Nutini, you MUST tune into WBOS (can listen on the radio or online) or pick up his CD. He has a beautiful voice and awesome lyrics to his sometimes mellow, sometimes catchy, always awesome songs. Don't be fooled by the name, Nutini is Scottish and only 20 years old. I don't know how he is only 20, becuase his songs & style are way above and beyond. Even though NYC with Amy is sold out, he will be in Burlington, VT and tix are only $20. ROAD TRIP!

I think he looks like the guy from 28 Days Later. But minus all the zombie blood.

'Cause that is what my friends who saw him in concert in California this April call him. I love his bluesy-ish voice, too. Except I admit, I thought the words to "Last Request" were "Grandma's last request was let me hold you." I remember thinking, "Aww! Isn't that nice that Grandma's dying wish was to see the two lovebirds together!" Turns out, notsomuch.
