Oh no they didn’t

Nothing diffuses a sticky situation like good manners. "Please", "Thank you", and a little kindness go a long way. If only someone had told these people.
Check out Etiquette Hell for a collection of horrifyingly amusing social gaffes, faux pas, and what-were-they-thinkings.
These stories, all of them reader submitted, range from positively ghastly (like the groom who had intercourse with the stripper at his bachelor party - in front of all the other attendees - and then bragged about it during his wedding toast) to laughable-but-only-because-it-didn't-happen-to-you (like the bratty self-important teenager who didn't want to wait in line at the fast food drive-up and tried unsuccessfully to cut in with her SUV).
It's an entertaining, empathetic read that makes you want to go out and be nice to someone.
Have any of you experienced any glaring breaches of etiquette, or do you have any tips for the manners-impaired? Feel free to share.
I really only have one piece of advice to offer, myself: If you're going to give the groomsmen personalized flasks for their gift and fill them with high-end whiskey, make sure you don't give them their presents until *after* the ceremony. Otherwise, the bridesmaids in their high heels won't be the only ones having trouble walking down the aisle.
