I can dig it, he can dig it, she can dig it

Did anyone else's family tell them you could dig a hole to China in your back yard?
Just me?
Well, thanks to the power of the Internet, now you can dig a virtual hole.
So, what's on the other side of Nashua?

A dream come true! Well, for someone else…

Posted by deidre ashe

For about a decade, HGTV has held a Dream Home Giveaway. Oh, I entered on a fairly regular basis the past few years, because it's possible I could have won, right?
Alas, I didn't win, but a friend I grew up with e-mails me to tell me her uncle has won it! Lucky duck! He even [...]

A good guy cry

Posted by jennifer o'callaghan

EW.com has compiled a readers' list of good films to make a guy cry.
I am not surprised to see a few titles on the list: Brian's Song and Hoosiers, for instance.
But wow. Armageddon? It was a fun movie, but totally ridiculous. Backdraft? These are surprises.
Personally, I cry at some odd movies.
The Iron Giant, [...]
