Yesterday was the Chinese New Year. Happy Year of the Fire Pig, everyone!

And believe it or not, the Year of the Fire Pig has its own official Web site, where you can get all kinds of news updates on the Year of the Fire Pig, plus profiles and horoscopes for your Chinese zodiac sign. They also take your element (fire, earth, wood, metal, water) into account, which makes for supposedly more accurate and personalized information.

It's an entertaining site, if nothing more, especially their predictions as to who will win the Oscars based on Chinese astrology. And apparently Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz weren't that incompatible after all. I wonder what they'd have to say about Britney and Kevin.
