Overly self-aware musicians and their bad cliches plague the music industry. But sometimes, these artists (or, as I like to call ‘em, artIStes), cross a line into hilarious.

With that in mind, Cracked has listed the five most unintentionally hilarious albums of 2006.

My favorite is the writeup of Belle and Sebastian, of whom I am nevertheless a fan:
