New music to my ears

Heard Sonya Kitchell on the radio for the first time yesterday. And today, I bought her "Words Came Back To Me" CD at Barnes & Noble and tickets to a show she’s doing at Foxwoods in Connecticut (the worst state ever) in July with Jamie Cullum.
I’m not much of a music reviewer, but I’m in love with the music of Norah Jones and Joss Stone, and I think if you like those type of artists, her slightly jazzy, more soulful sound will be to your liking.

Check out her tour schedule, too, as she’ll be around New England for several shows this summer, performing in Concord at the Capitol Center, the Calvin Theatre in very cool Northampton, Mass., and the Newport Folk Festival in Rhode Island.
And she’s from western Massachusetts, like me!
