… Samaire Armstrong. The 25-year-old recently returned to "The O.C." for a guest role. (I think she should have lost the extensions, though — the short hair really suits her!)

But I’m seeing her all the time on VH1 when I’m at the gym, because she stars in Daniel Powter’s super-cute "Bad Day" video. She also plays one of Lindsay Lohan’s BFFs in Friday’s "Just My Luck." I see a lot of bigger roles in her future.

And … on a recent VH1 video countdown, she said she is in the very early stages of doing an album. I’m curious!
