War, what is it good for?

The Washington Post reviews Neil Young’s "metal folk protest album," titled "Living with War."
Meanwhile, The Guardian says he is "America’s conscience."
And over at the New York Times, Young lets it all hang out about his feelings on the war in Iraq.

Anyone have any thoughts on Mr. Young, who I personally find to be one of the greatest musicians ever?
