If that's not one of the most romantic lines ever committed to music, I don't know what is, and it comes from Josh Ritter's "Kathleen" off his 2003 album "Hello Starling." (Read More...)

After purchasing the Jim Henson Fantasy Film Collection a few months ago, I finally sat down to watch Mirrormask. I had my doubts initially (if you're sandwiching a movie between Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal, chances are it's not strong enough to sell on its own), but all those doubts disappeared as soon as I pressed play. Screaming "Whee!" and giggling with glee probably isn't very metal of meTeresa | 23 May, 2007 09:49 | (183)
One of my favorite German power metal bands is finally playing New Hampshire! Edguy will be performing Sept. 14th at 6 p.m. at Mark's Place in Bedford, along with Canadian metalheads Into Eternity. Whee! Sorry.

Sandwiched between the "pleaz place my buldogg add" spam and the electronic pleas from senior citizen activist groups out in D.C., I found this little gem of an e-mail petition. For some people, 45 days without Paris isn't enough. They're pushing for 45 years. (Read More...)

Chocolate maker Masterfoods says it adds an ingredient containing cow's stomach to its candy bars. Life without bacon is bleak enough. But life without chocolate, too? I couldn't do it, man. If you don't stop that, you'll go blindJenO | 08 May, 2007 15:37 | (325)
