Stuff that white, black and Asian people like

Apparently, white people like getting drunk on St. Patrick’s Day, hosting dinner parties, having gay friends and digging Barack Obama.
Black people, educated black people that is, like attending weddings, watching CNN, listening to jazz and digging Barack Obama.
No, Archie Bunker isn’t theorizing on race again. These are just some of the musings found on two blogs that whimsically examine social and cultural likings of people who just happen to be, respectively, white and black.
Stuff White People Like appeared in January, as its two white creators forwarded a conversation about why cacuasians didn’t watch the acclaimed HBO series "The Wire."
It led to an examination of things curiously liked by white people, namely middle-class liberal whites. Offerings have the edge of satire but a rooting in seriousness: Why do whites prefer yoga over other races? Why do white basketball players like to rack up assists?
Stuff Educated Black People Like and Stuff Asian People Like have since caught fire. The blogs have spurred conversation on race and racism. Some think the Web sites have made people feel less uncomfortable talking about the cultural divide between races, while others contend it’s all pure racism.
