Rare 1954 Ted Williams baseball card stolen from New York collector

Are you in to collecting vintage baseball cards? If you spot this one, it’s worth a bundle. The Associated Press reports a 1954 Ted Williams baseball card, issued by the Wilson Franks hot dog company, was stolen from a collector’s hotel room in upstate New York on October 3.

It was Christmas last night at Fenway Park in Boston. Or, was that Earth Day, with a St. Patrick’s Day twist? All Brad Penny needed was a little more red on his uniform, and a silver beird to pass as Santa Claus on the mound!
