I shot this photo last week for a preview in The Nashua Telegraph on the Nashua High School North soccer team. They have a team of multi-nationalities this year.

Practices are usually uneventful to shoot for the paper. But when I pulled up the pictures on my laptop and saw the ball on a players’ nose, it stood out to me. Although I didn’t submit it for publication, it’s a nice shot to remind us all that there is a lighter side to sports. As the coach reminded me, if you can’t have fun playing sports, why play?
