Memorial and Pinkerton JV’s move on to finals

Pinkerton Academy defeated Bishop Guertin Tuesday night in the JV Basketball Tournament at Manchester West. The game went right down to the buzzer. The Astros move on to the championship game Thursday night against Memorial High School, who defeated Londonderry last night as well.

My ears were ringing again last night with a Londonderry mom sitting next to me. What a great fan she is. Lots of cheering, and super sportsmanship. She is friends with one of our team’s parents as well. Both the Lancers and Crusaders played very well, and the game wasn’t decided until there was a little less than a minute to play. Congratulations to both teams on a gret season.
