NH Grizzlies to hold baseball camp in Derry

Are you looking for a winter baseball camp for your child in southern New Hampshire? My son, Brandon attended the camp below, before the start of his last year in Little League. He convinced himself he would work hard and make the NH Grizzlies 13-year-old traveling baseball team. Well, he did, and he’s now on the 15-year-old team for 2009.
This is a great camp to give your young slugger some feedback and tips on hitting, pitching and fielding. They work out on the artificial turf inside the Sportszone’s soccer fields.
Here is the information they sent to me.
The NH Grizzlies baseball clubs of Litchfield are presenting a baseball camp December 14, 2008, from 9 a.m. until noon, at the Sportszone in Derry, N.H. The camp is for youths ages 8-13. Each participant will choose two of the four stations that specialize in different areas of the game. It will be coached by the team managers, coaches, collegiate players, and Grizzlies alumni. Cost is $55. You can find more information on the NH Grizzlies web site: www.nhgrizzlies.com, or email them: nhgrizzlies@comcast.net. They would like participants to pre-register by Dec. 1, and they will receive a free camp t-shirt.
