Tree Climber
Filed under Uncategorized by corey at 3:59 pm
CUTLINE: Seth Moore, 10, of Nashua, climbs a tree to get a better view during the annual SummerFun event Saturday, June 6 at Greeley Park in Nashua. Hundreds came out to enjoy food, entertainment and more in anticipation of summer.
TECH SPECS: f/2.8, 1/500, 25mm, ISO 640
THOUGHTS: This kid climbed up in a tree to get a better view. I have others from this take with other kids climbing all over it but ended up liking this one the best because it was a very poignant moment. Sometimes, I enjoy the soft subtle moments of life, moreso than the literal act of doing. This one to me was about this boy’s being. The commonplace of a child in a tree and how as we grow older and forget this playful independence is sometimes hard to take in.
As for myself, I hope to never grow up.
