An early morning fire brough Nashua Fire Rescue to Mason Street today.
Extreme cold and extreme heat place extra demands on firefighters.
Heavy-duty work with full bunker gear is taxing. I saw steam rising
from this firefighter as crews were cleaning up gear at the scene. The
digital thermometer outside of Nashua House of Pizza read 17 degrees at
about 9 a.m.
