I finally got to the gym for the first time in weeks (darn dog has kept me busy), and my beloved iPod froze up. I couldn’t remember how to reset it (slide the hold key on and off, then hold the menu and middle circle both down for several seconds), so instead I listened to a woman telling the guy on the next bike about her recent bout with the flu. The aches, the sweats, the pizza that came back for seconds… I felt bad for her, but also for me…
