A learning experience

I've always known that in general it's good to be flexible as well as strong, and stretching is important. I didn't know that in the short term, stretching can make a body a whole lot weaker.

I was shocked to read of the tragic death of Arielle Newman, a Staten Island, NYC, teenage track star. She died of methyl salicylate poisoning; In short, she overdosed on Ben Gay (or some such similar product).
