Small Biz Big for Giuliani

Filed under Uncategorized by kevin landrigan at 4:56 pm

Republican hopeful Rudy Giulini has attracted more than two dozen, small business owners to his presidential candidacy.

Claremont cabinetry executive Greg Stowell said Giuliani said he's hoping Giuliani will work to cut taxes and eliminate red tape as he did as mayor of New York city.

Restoring fiscal discipline and cutting federal taxes is one of Giuliani's 12 commitments and he spoke about both during his visit to the state last weekend.

Other business leaders backing Giuliani include lan Beede with Tricorn Antique Inc of Amherst; Steven A. Belair with Bel-Air Homes Inc. in Manchester; Jim Borsari of Northern Bus Sales, Hudson; Jim Buttolph, Kingsley Medical Supply, Rumney; former Peterborough Rep. Mark Carter with American Steel Fabricators, Inc. in Greenfield; John LaBombard of JJL Enterprise Corporation in Lebanon; Susan Rubens from The Chocolate Shop in Hanover, and Bonnie Stewart, Learning Adventures of Bedford.
