New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, a former baseball star who got a big league tryout, also seems to be in perpetual motion and this weekend’s presidential exploratory trip to New Hampshire is no different
He’s got a staggering, 14 campaign stops over two days Saturday and Sunday including kissing the rings of key Democrats with sitdown sessions, Gov. John Lynch, longtime activist and ex-State Senator Mary Louise Hancock
He’ll be at the Pine Street Eatery in Nashua at 9 Sunday and the Puritan Back Room Restaurant in Manchester at noon the next day.
Richardson is not shy about putting the arm on Democrats to try and get them to endorse his potential bid. An interesting attendee at one Manchester house party late Sunday is Arthur Soucy, the father of new State Senate Chief of Staff Donna Soucy.
