Dodd a "real defender" of NH Primary

Gov. John Lynch couldn’t resist elevating who he considers to be the real defenders of the primary like 2008 Democratic wannabee, Connecticut Sen. Chris Dodd.

``Many say they are friends of the primary but I’m here to tell you
Senator Dodd is the real deal,’’ Lynch told a crowd of 200 activists at
Manchester party headquarters last Friday.

Still, Dodd said he’ll be visiting Nevada, the state nemesis since the
Democratic National Committee scheduled the gambling Mecca state to have a caucus the week before New Hampshire’s first primary.

``You go where the races are,’’ Dodd said.
