Victory New Hampshire organizers are celebrating ex-New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s second visit to New Hampshire to promote the first primary at a Manchester stop this week.

“Getting Rudy is a big score for us and he’s a big fan of the primary.
You don’t get any bigger,’’ said Victory organizer Harry Levine.

Naturally, plenty of GOP fund-raisers got word of Giuliani stopping by
and he fit in a reception for the House Republican Victory Committee
organized by ex-Deputy Speaker Michael Whalley, R-Alton.
