Thon Khao Thai restaurant at 427 Amherst Street in Nashua may or may not be closed for good. The popular Thai restaurant in its unexpected location of a strip mall has its windows boarded up, with yellow tape across the door. I put a call into the restaurant during normal business hours resulting in no answer, and no voicemail

well turns out they are open … we haven't been there in 3 or so months and were looking forward to going soon so, when we saw this blog it was a disappointment especially when we tried to call and nobody answered. We'll post back …

omg I hope not - our favorite restaurant - been going there since they opened, 4 or so years… food defineley outstanding and consistent. I'll do some investigating and get back to you… I know they also own 1 or 2 other places in MA and/or Salem NH. Family owned… “A” short for a longer name is the owner.. w/ her husband.

My family & I ate there this afternoon (1/2/09). My husband & I enjoyed entres from the luncheon menu however my stepson did not enjoy pad thai.
