Fill Up On Turkey Before the Big Day

Hart’s Turkey Farm Restaurant has recently opened a new location in Manchester (it also has a spot in Meredith, N.H.), where their motto is “Everyday is Thanksgiving Day.” Located at 21 Front Street, this historic establishment originated in 1954, when brothers Russ and Larry Hart raised turkeys exclusively and opened the then 12-seat restaurant specializing in turkey sandwiches and dinners. Today, the home-style cooking menu includes a variety of turkey dishes, such as turkey nuggets, turkey pot stickers, turkey livers, turkey tempura and turkey meatloaf, to name a few. In addition to the Thanksgiving bird, Hart’s has a lengthy menu offering dishes that are sure to please just about anybody’s palette, with entrees ranging from fresh seafood, steaks, salads and sandwiches.

Not a fan of turkey? Check out some local places that are celebrating one of Thanksgiving’s staple fruits: cranberries.
