Aspirations Bistro and Bakery in Amherst plans to re-open next week; and show off their new digs and brand new menu items.Aspirations, located in the purple building near Wal-Mart, is known for their delicious baked goods, fresh sandwiches, and homemade soups. However, the tiny bistro and bakery has been under construction over the last month or so, and has a new dining room and new menu items to share with their patient customers. Several of their new items include an Afternoon Tea Menu consisting of black tea, green tea and herbal teas; and the Bistro will also feature a Tapas menu that includes a selection of beer and wine, as well as Tapas-sized soups, salads, and entrees.
