Nashua senior center offers fashionably late deals with after-hours event

You learn something new every day.
I had no idea the Nashua senior center had a thrift shop until I saw an invite to its Happy Hour Shopping Experience. Clearly, the senior center knows how to live it up.
The invite promises gently used up-scale designer clothing, retro items and jewelry plus refreshments, door prizes, and a drawing for a wine basket.
The event takes place Thursday, June 4, from 4:30-7:30 p.m. and the center is at 70 Temple St.
The event will raise money for the center.
