Like thongs, a good pair of boy shorts can prevent VPL (that’s visible panty lines for those of you not in the know).
And they offer more coverage, but yet somehow still sexy. Kind of like wearing your boyfriends button down shirt.
But look and feel are completely separate in the world of fashion, and until recently, I had yet to find a pair that didn’t stay put. And with all that extra fabric, that means extra bunching and extra large wedgies.
But on a recent trip to Target I was drawn in by the Xhilaration low-rise mesh boyshort. They have really cute ruffles and come in vibrant colors.
Without thinking about my past problems with boyshorts, I grabbed a couple of pairs and I’m glad I did.
These boy shorts stay put and are super lightweight, which is great in the warmer months.
Target appears to be phasing them out though since they are on clearance for $3.48. So if you happen to be like me, hurry to your nearest Target and snag a few pairs, you won’t regret it.
