Playing dress up never gets old or boring whether you’re 4 or 84. Putting on glamorous jewelry, fancy clothes and sleek accessories makes a girl feel pretty.

The best kind of dress up is with one-of-a-kind items you used to find in grandma’s attic. You know, the long gloves, box hats and floor length gowns.

Although you probably won’t find a lot of this at the Senior Activity Center rummage sales, it’s still a good chance you could find some old items that fall into the vintage category. 

The big draw here is $3 bags of clothes. Even if there’s a few misses in the bag, you’ll probably get a hit as well. The bags are at the thrift shop during the sales.

The sales are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 19 and Aug. 16; both are Saturdays.
