Oh Say Can You ... Oops

Country-western singer Danielle Peck, a Coshocton, Ohio native, is on tap to sing the National Anthem before Game 5 of the ALCS at Jacobs Field. She also is an ex-girl friend of Red Sox starter Josh Beckett.

Could the Indians be making a silly attempt to psych out the Red Sox ace? They say no, but considering the atmosphere these days in Cleveland (Chief Wahoo should be renamed Chief Yahoo) at least begs the question.

Terry Francona's reaction? "I don't give a (bleep),'' he said. "Country-Western? I don't care. If it isn't 1980s rock I don't care. Now if they want to run Steven Tyler out there than I'm cool with that."
