Welcome to After Hours, a new blog dedicated to beer, wine and spirits.

A team of us in the newsroom plans to share our imbibing experiences, whether we discuss what some of our favorite drinks are, sampling new products out on the market, sharing recipes of drinks we’ve discovered, events we are or have gone to, who has the best bartenders – and much more as we go along.

Comments from readers are encouraged, whether you are offering us suggestions or disagreeing with our opinions. After all, we’re all just a bunch of people who like to have a good drink in our hand, right?
